Behailu Roveri

Behailu Roveri was born in Ethiopia on 24 March 2002 and arrived in Italy at the age of 4, adopted by a Venetian family. Demonstrating from an early age his inclination for drawing and painting, he enrolled at the Artistic High School “G. Guggenheim” in Venice, graduating in June 2020.

He currently attends the Course of Illustration at the International School of Comics in Padua. He prefers to use acrylic paints, with which he makes portraits or paintings with an African theme. His sources of inspiration are the people he meets and his homeland.
