Perché: “Lorenzo and Francesco Valdi are two brothers passionate about cinema, comics, and animation. Through this short film, created with Cutout Animation, they managed, without falling into banality, to convey in just a few scenes a profound feeling, one that we all share as children. It’s beautiful to see how the first part, more entertaining and tied to the dreamlike narrative, is perfectly consistent with the tenderness of the second, despite the two scenes being very different. This also contributes to making the final result truly original.“
