Best Friends – a group show dedicated to our beloved animals

From June 8th to September 10th, 2026

Who are our best friends? Animals, of course!
Here at the gallery, we love them, and we’ve dedicated a room to them, showcasing the works of six artists, diverse in style and technique, but all as fascinated by the animal world as we are.

One of Minna Laaksonen‘s two owls introduces us to the exhibition, between the two arches preceding the room. Artist Lucia Sarto reveals the romantic setting chosen by her “Princess of the Garden,” the cat featured in her painting.
You’ll find works by Ari Erom, a lover of color and volume. Ari Erom’s inner eye questions the singular and mysterious condition of duality within each of us, through the recurring depiction of one-eyed faces: the golfing cat on display is a prime example!
Photographer Giambattista Longhi, using analog photography and a slightly nostalgic black and white, explores the relationship between a clown from a small traveling circus and his little dog.
Giuseppe Longo takes us on a colorful safari, featuring a wonderful gorilla and two giraffe sisters! His works are striking due to their unique subjects and vibrant colors.
Finally, Rita Ruvinetti, who with infinite patience and meticulousness portrays animals using only a Bic pen. Her technique lends itself perfectly to creating fur and scales, as can be seen in the two splendid chameleons she sent us.

We’ve revealed just a few of the works on display, but we look forward to seeing you in the gallery to discover all the others!
